AMDA's Student Portal allows students access to view their class schedule, grades, financial aid, and student account information. Students may also use the portal to register for classes and track their degree progress using the Degree Audit. Unofficial Transcripts, Academic Forms, and other resources are also available in the Student Portal.

Unofficial transcripts can be downloaded for free from AMDA's Student Portal.
Official transcripts, replacement diplomas/certificates, and student verification of enrollment may be ordered through Parchment.

Course registration occurs each semester. Only registered students may attend classes. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure they are registered in all prescribed courses as per their program and semester level. Registration details can be viewed in the student portal.

Transfer credit may be awarded at AMDA for college-level courses from any United States institution accredited by an agency recognized by the US Department of Education. Transfer credits are only applicable to Degree Programs.

Students who have earned credits at a quarter system college or university would calculate the following:
30 term credits [General Education course only] multiplied by 1.5 = 45 quarter credits.
3.0 term credits [per class] multiplied by 1.5 = 4.5 quarter credits
Example: Calculate Quarter System to Term System
Quarter credits: 4.5 Equals Term credits: 3.0
Students who have withdrawn from AMDA and would like to be considered for readmission to return and complete their certificate or degree program should submit the form below.
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA (20 U.S.C. § 1232g; 34 CFR Part 99 is a federal law that protects the privacy of student education records. The law applies to all schools that receive funds under an applicable program of the US Department of Education. AMDA complies with FERPA, as amended, and its implementing regulations issued, which provide students with safeguards for the accuracy, completeness and privacy of educational records. Annual notice is given to students summarizing their rights under this law. FERPA affords students who have attended a postsecondary institution the following rights related to their education records:
To inspect and review their educational records maintained by the school.
To request that a school correct records which they believe to be inaccurate or misleading.
To limit disclosure of their records, as written permission from the eligible student is required in order to release any information from the student’s educational record that is not directory information (personally identifiable information).
To file complaints under FERPA with the US Department of Education Family Policy
Compliance Office concerning alleged failures by the institution to comply with the Act.
