Housing & Residential Life

Living on Campus at AMDA

Students who wish to live on campus need to fill out a housing license and abide by the campus code of conduct as outlined in the Student Handbook. Please note that students who have been approved to live in campus housing must submit a non-refundable housing deposit each semester.

AMDA Residential Life strives to create a positive living and learning environment by: developing a safe and inclusive community, providing resources and support for all residents, and empowering students through programming and events.

First-Year Students

To support student success, well-being, and community engagement, AMDA requires all first-year students, defined as students in their first and second semesters of enrollment, to reside in AMDA-approved on-campus housing. Students who live in campus housing during their first-year, experience stronger academic engagement, increased sense of belonging, greater access to support resources, and improved retention outcomes.

Housing Application Information

AMDA coordinates housing assignments through our online Housing Portal, StarRez! With StarRez, all steps to secure housing at AMDA is completely online. Incoming students receive access to their AMDA email 60-days before their starting term, which then gives access to StarRez. Please keep an eye out for emails from the Office of Housing detailing when these applications are available.

For any questions regarding housing tuition, payment methods, and housing costs, please contact your Admissions Advisor or visit the Admissions page on our website HERE.
